The Nature of This Space

A space for awareness, reflection, and reconnection.

There are moments in life when we realise how much we’ve been holding.

We notice how we are feeling.

And how long it’s been since we last checked in with ourselves.

Sometimes it arrives quietly, in the middle of an ordinary day.

Sometimes through change, or stillness, or a moment where something feels different within us.

Living Awake is a phrase I use to describe this way of being with life.

A way of coming back to ourselves.

Thought.

Emotion.

Memory.

Belief.

The quiet, often unspoken inner world we move through every day.

Over time, life becomes full in different ways — full of responsibility, connection, movement, noise, meaning, and change.

And in the middle of that fullness, there are moments where we find ourselves pausing.

Breathing a little deeper.

Noticing what we have been holding.

My work through Soul Wellness exists within this space.

Through SOULfull Sessions, QHHT Sessions, and reflective writing, I offer space for people to slow down and reconnect with their own inner experience in a way that feels steady and personal for them.

Each person arrives with their own story.

Their own lived experience.

Their own way of making sense of things.

Each session meets them there.

At the centre of it is something very simple.

A moment of coming back to self.

What is here.

What is being felt.

What has perhaps been waiting to be acknowledged.

There is something quietly human in that moment.

Familiar.

Sometimes surprising.

But always meaningful.

And from there, something can begin to soften.

Or settle.

Or become a little clearer in its own timing.

I Am Spirit – Living Awake is an invitation to this kind of attention.

A way of meeting life with presence.

And meeting ourselves, as we are.
