Frequently asked questions
How do I prepare for my QHHT® session?
Preparation begins the moment you decide to book.
Your only requirement is to arrive with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to receive.
To support your experience:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Allow the full day and evening to be free of commitments
- Reflect gently on what you would like clarity or support around
- Begin the day calmly (quiet time, meditation, or a walk can help)
- Eat lightly beforehand
- Avoid alcohol and limit caffeine on the day prior and day of your session
- Take prescribed medication as normal unless advised otherwise by your healthcare provider
Can everyone be hypnotised?
Most people can experience hypnosis to some degree.
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused awareness — similar to being deeply absorbed in thought, reading, or a film.
Willingness, trust, and openness are the key factors.
Even in lighter states of relaxation, meaningful insight and subconscious shifts can occur.
Important considerations for QHHT
Your wellbeing is always prioritised.
QHHT is not suitable if you are currently experiencing:
- Psychosis or schizophrenia
- Hallucinations or delusional states
- Severe unmanaged mental health conditions
- Influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of session
- Uninvestigated chronic pain requiring medical assessment
What should I expect during a session?
Each QHHT session is unique.
There are no fixed outcomes or expectations — the experience unfolds naturally based on your inner process.
You are guided into a deeply relaxed state where insight, memory, symbolism, or inner awareness may arise.
You remain aware and supported throughout the entire session.

Listening to Your QHHT® Recording?
Your session recording is part of the integration process.
Each time you listen, new insights may emerge as your conscious mind processes the experience in layers.
This allows deeper understanding, reflection, and ongoing integration over time.
