Our weekly Yoga classes are held by qualified and experienced Yoga instructors. In our divine location, they offer a unique blend of gentle flow, Hatha, sound, rhythm, movement, yin, nidra and restorative postures including relaxation and meditation techniques.

Angela began practicing yoga in the ’90s and was drawn to the mat as a way to find calm, strength, balance & connection. It was a love of this practice that eventually led Angela to complete her 350hr Teacher Training in 2015. ‘I am passionate about sharing how the practices of Yoga & Meditation can help people of all ages & backgrounds live a more balanced existence.’
She offers mindful, flowing yoga classes that link movement with breath and encourage students to find what feels good for them. Angela aims to create a way to move that is comfortable yet challenging enough to improve your balance, joint mobility, flexibility and strength in a compassionate manner throughout the class, whilst honouring ancient traditions of yoga.

Outdoors and Undercover. Please bring your own mat, water and other props for your comfort. Arrive early if it’s your first time.

This is a relaxing massage using oil, generally with medium to firm pressure combining long flowing strokes and kneading of the soft tissue areas of the body to thoroughly and intuitively stretch the muscles allowing you to feel relaxed long after you leave the table.
Therapeutic Massage can help with circulation, headaches, muscular tension and stress.

Yoga Massage uses a fusion of Thai and Hawaiian bodywork with Western massage techniques. The combination of these techniques creates a very profound and healing experience.
The powerful healing system of Yoga Massage is both holistic and therapeutic. You are fully clothed throughout the massage and there are no oils used on the body. It is a deep, full-body treatment that begins at the feet and ends at the head using a combination of acupressure, stretching, joint mobilisation, massage, breathwork and mantras.
This unique type of massage restores the flow of energy throughout the body—aimed at harmonising and energizing.
